The Leadership Academy Program is a practical learning journey designed to strengthen the core skills needed to lead with confidence and purpose. Now entering Cohort 3, the program is structured in two stages.
Stage 1 builds a foundation in communication, teamwork, and decision-making.
Stage 2 expands these skills through three advanced modules, focused on applying leadership competencies to real workplace challenges.
