The module examines the structure and purpose of the AMTPJ/JESCO QMS, clarifies the quality policy and quality objectives, and explains departmental alignment with organizational goals. Learners review the benefits of implementing a robust QMS, the implications of nonconformance, and the importance of individual accountability in maintaining system effectiveness. Through guided presentations, multimedia resources, and knowledge-check activities, participants engage with real workplace scenarios that reinforce their role in achieving quality objectives.
