SV Boost – Cohort 2

Objective:

A field‑anchored supervisory program designed to strengthen supervisors’ confidence, authority, and consistency in managing day‑to‑day operational challenges. The program focuses on operational discipline, waste reduction, structured coordination, and alignment with managers, using live operational conditions, Gemba walks, and real scenarios rather than classroom‑only training.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Clarify their supervisory role, decision rights, and accountability.
  • Manage teams with greater authority, consistency, and confidence.
  • Identify and reduce operational waste (MUDA) through direct observation.
  • Conduct disciplined and effective shift handovers.
  • Apply clearer delegation and communication practices to reduce ambiguity and rework.
  • Perform structured Gemba observations using defined criteria.
  • Translate field observations into practical, short‑cycle improvement actions.
  • Align more effectively with managers on expectations, standards, and execution
